Springhill MOT Station

Was in to get spark plugs fitted that I supplied, front desk are professional but whatever techs they have aren't up to standard as they left the clip off of the coil pack leading to extremely bad vibration.

Used this place a few times over the years and very satisfied with work done and cost. Helped me oot in an emergency recently, fixed the car without an appointment which meant my weekend away could still go ahead... :)

Credit where it's due. Twice in the last couple of months I've took my car to Springhill. First time I thought I could smell petrol in the cabin area of my car and called Springhill. They told me to take the car down as soon as I could they'd have a look at it and make sure it was safe to drive. Sure enough, everything was ok and they put my mind at ease. Second time was this week when there was a knocking/rumbling/shoogling coming from god knows where. Anyway I called and was told I could take the car in the next morning and they'd have a look at it. Turns out it was a drop link. Got the car back the same day, good as new. Given that a main dealer garage told me that they couldn't fit me in for at least 5 weeks and the guys at Springhill took the car in the very next morning and fixed it on the same day was amazing. I can't thank them enough. Super helpful, very polite and professional. Like I say, "credit where it's due". Will be my go garage from now on.
