Im so happy after my first ever treatment. Paul has so much knowledge and interest in what he does and it resulted in the most relaxing massage Ive ever had. I get really bad anxiety at times and came away feeling like a huge weight had been lifted. Paul took the time to answer any questions I had before and during the treatment (no matter how daft they were!). Id 100% recommend. :)

Highly recommended! Ive had an overall very positive experience from start to finish, both with the level of customer service to product quality. I had my first treatment with Paul yesterday. He has a depth that goes beyond any expectations of any therapy, and this is because he truly believes and engages himself in his field, updating and researching and always seeking to improve and update his knowledge and skills.After a warm welcome and relaxing chat which naturally draws out exactly where you are 'at', the power began. Paul used the knowledge absorbed over the years to tailor his treatment to ease my specific areas of pain, and released my mind to engage my body's own healing. I felt the healing continuing hours after I left. Highly recommended!
