Shelagh really went above and beyond to learn about my neurodivergent needs. She took time to send me details about the location, parking and offered to meet me outside if I felt overwhelmed. This made me feel much more relaxed going somewhere new. Which can be terrifying for me. She asked really valid questions and adapted the treatment to suit my sensory needs, explaining decisions and ensuring I was comfortable. I felt like my experience mattered to her and that my neurodivergent quirks weren't a bother. Which is so refreshing! I left feeling a lot lighter physically and mentally. Thank you Shelagh! Person centered treatment at it's best.
