        I had never tried Reiki before and I wasn't sure what to expect. To put it simply I had such a wonderful experience. Tracy created the perfect setting & ambience & by the end of the session I felt better, lighter, happier. I enjoyed it so much that I've been back for several more sessions with the same positive outcomes. I would highly recommend Tracy,

        Pleasant and relaxing experience - felt invigorated and energised by my Reiki treatment. Very calming surrounding which enhanced the sense of relaxation that I was looking for. All round very good!

        I feel so much more calm and relaxed after a reflexology treatment with Tracy, she has a great way of making you feel at ease. Stress and worry seemed to have melted away and I've been sleeping so much better. Highly recommended.
