David and the team at Trend Differently have provided exceptional support and creative expertise from even before we began working together. From initial conversations about my reason for reaching out, to the overall direction we wanted our organisation's marketing to take, David knew exactly how to help support our marketing efforts. We were initially only looking for a website to be created and launched for our organisation, but after the fantastic work David's team provided, this quickly led to a lot more projects... The website was designed fully incorporating every little idea I mentioned, but adding that creative design expertise each time! The end result was better than hoped for, and completed in excellent timing as well. Everyone was beyond excited and pleased with it, and across the UK we received amazing feedback from staff, clients and industry members. Each time any change is requested, or I ask for a last minute graphic to be made up (sorry David!), the team are on it super fast and each time we're beyond happy with the results. As well as this, each time Jordan and William have visited our locations across the UK for content shoots, the results have been fantastic and we are provided with marketing materials we can use continuously in the future. Their professionalism is second to none alongside a warming friendly feel that makes it easy to reach out and ask for help at any time, from what started as a phone-call for a website build to an ongoing and long-term relationship. Since beginning work together, David and his team have come to know our industry well by carrying out their own research off of their own backs to get a better understanding of who we are and where our marketing objectives aim to be. I have always been surprised at the knowledge they've gained already that allows me to feel fully supported and confident in asking for any help with content for our website or socials. David and his team always provide their own thoughts and recommendations as well as fully supporting the ideas and objectives I have for our organisation's marketing, and are so cooperative and accommodating.
