Shocking technical support for their products. Difficult to locate a number for them, when you do find a number staff are rude, hostile and completely unhelpful if asking a technical query. Sales rep slammed the phone down as she felt valid technical concern was wasting her time. I called back to ask if theres a complaint department to which the receptionist replied shell shes if Mr McAlpine is available. I was a bit surprised that there was a Mr McAlpine as I imagined the company was huge. Even more surprising is rather than take the call, Mr McAlpine passed messages over the receptionists shoulder saying tell him to call the rep. Upon questioning why Mr McAlpine would rather pass messages over the receptionists shoulder than come on the phone to understand the query which could actually highlight an unmet need, he instructed the receptionist to hang up. Supposedly they brand themselves the Plumbers first choice. Yes. First choice of companies to avoid. Seems there is a culture of hostility towards customers within this company and I and understand why. Shame on these crooks.
