WORST customer service ever , once they take your money they dont care the customer when you call them they say someone from the customer team will call you but they never do , been told i will receive my car in 4 weeks but instead they made me wait 2 months 3weeks Also bran new car came with no carpets 0 rate for this company and the people that works there all bunch of liars

Theres no stars less then one other ways they dont deserve one star as well, last year I ordered brand new car 22 plate, the delivery took long time more than 5 months when they send me email after 5 months waiting your car will be deliver to and they set the date and time for me I was waiting all day they did not deliver my Cab I called them the day after they told me the guy who was going deliver your car lost the keys for your car, we need to reprogram that for you it will take more waiting, I did wait again 3 months they delivered my car still the key Blades was missing for both keys I called them a few times lastly they told me when get Marcedeez call us we will sort it out for you I called them and they spoke with Mercedes from my phone they told me you will receive your Keys Blade by post I was waiting for the post nearly 3 months I called them the other day they told sorry we are not covering keys Blades for you, you have to order it yourself and pay for it, absolutely disgusting they lost the keys and I have to pay for it, I dont recommend anyone of my friends and family members and others as well, they are rubbing people.

AVOID CAB DIRECT ! Purchased a vehicle, got told it would be delivered in 10 days but its been 39 days from when all documents are signed and ready.
