        Bought bath trap in new box and came with wrong size fitting, most companies would supply you with replacement part ... NOT McAlpine, told me to get lost and go back to supplier I fit a lot of Grohe & Hansgrohe products and they are happy to fix issues like this. Technical support had never heard of Grohe or Hansgrohe. Absolutely useless
