The actual experience was great but I'm disappointed by the website/app. If you make a reservation without creating an account first you can't modify it.. you have to email them and hope they see the arrival time difference or other changes in time.

Amazing service. At first I thought its just a service to store your luggages but its more than that. You enter the details easily through the website and then driver picks you up, transports you to anywhere you want to go, stores the luggages for you and then brings them back anywhere you want later. Surprisingly interesting

Absolutely faultless service. I had a free day in Edinburgh as I wasn't flying home until late in the evening, and Unbaggaged meant I could enjoy my time without having to worry about dropping off and collecting my bags. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended. Helpful tip: I requested that my bags were dropped off directly at the airport, but this isn't always possible as drivers cannot enter/exit the airport complex without having to pay. The driver called me and we coordinated a drop-off at a nearby hotel on the airport entry road, so it's worth planning this in advance when choosing your baggage drop-off location.

My colleague and I arrived in Edinburg on Saturday morning to look around with an idea to take a train to Glasgow (where we had a hotel and a conference to attend) in the evening. Only when we landed in Edinburg did I realise we would need to spend all day with three bags. I knew about Unbaggaged and Janani, the founder, before. So I just messaged her and asked if she could help. She sent me a link to the app. It was so so simple. The taxi met us in 15 (!) minutes and brought us and our bags to the city centre. We left our bags with the taxi driver and had a fantastic day in Edinburg. We were supposed to collect our bags at the train station at 7 pm, but we were having a late dinner, so I just adjusted the time to 8 pm and at the restaurant. A taxi with our bags picked us up there and took us to the train station. The best experience ever! Thank you, Unbaggaged and Janani. I can't recommend this service more.
