        I called REM Locksmiths and spoke to mark regarding my lock that needed changed. Mark answered the phone first time, He arrived on the same day and changed my lock. Great service and a very friendly guy. Highly recommend!

        Terrific service from Mark. He replaced a lock on my French doors which turned out to be tricky. He persevered and got the job done, and a bit more. Very thorough and kept costs to a minimum. Thanks again, Mark.

        Had an unfortunate incident on Monday night when our lock broke and we couldn't get in. Phoned REM and they arrived within half hour. I have to say Mark worked really hard to free the lock as it was no easy task. He eventually got us in. Mark went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. Mr and Mrs Martin

        Fantastic service from Mark. Was able to come out super quick and when he couldnt get the part I needed locally, he ordered it and got it fitted the very next day. He kept me updated as to when he was coming and when my order had arrived etc and was really efficient. Thanks again Mark! :)
