This is possibly the worst company Ive had to deal with in my life! They are definitely not on top of their game and I doubt they ever will be. If I could post with zero stars I would as they give no f#cls about customers requests, wants or needs.

Spoke to Suzanne twice who was the rudest customer service agent I have ever came across. The call needs listened to and I would suggest a customer training refresher course be taken. Your tone is appalling!

Technician hit water pipe behind tiles in shower cubicle when fitting grab rail. Insurance claim form and apology for both 82 year olds . They are left to find plumber/tiler/builder to fix the mess then claim from GCC . Very distressing situation.

Went with a delivery to this place & the staffs attitude was atrocious. Told me to come back with a tail-lift van Was told that b'co's of tarmac there forklift couldn't take the plt off my vehicle. (135kg in weight) I foned my bosses who spoke with them & they put the shutter back down on me. The only reason why they got there stock was thanks to a guy from across the road took it off for me. Can't thank him enough for his support & help.
