        the employees are very rude and unprofessional, especially a young woman wearing glasses ruined my rings when she was doing a gold test, while she told me that it was not gold, even though it was bought from them a year ago, I do not recommend this store if you do not want them to damage your gold

        I visited H&T Pawnbrokers in Shawlands Glasgow .I dealt with Sammy on the 23 Rd of July . Helen was also in the shop good customer realeations . As I said Sammy was dealing with me Great communication made at ease dealt with me very professional it was a pleasure to have been in there shop 5 stars to them Both . Thanks Michael
