        Messaged straight away to say I had been provisionally accepted. Then I received a voicemail from Lynne in the office saying my application had been successful and I was to call the office to finalise and have funds payed into my account. When I called back to do just that I had to answer every question on the application again over the phone before being told I didnt meat the criteria.

        Fuming! Got told multiple times that they would have no issues and that my loan would be in my account before a set time and then just a few hours before the money is due in my account I get an email saying Im not getting it, no reason why. After making me drive from Kilmarnock to Glasgow to sign documents. Your company values include Honesty and Humility but Ive seen none of that.
