These guys were such a fab part of our day (14.04.23)! Kareth was brilliant from the outset, helping me plan what times we'd need to leave and being accommodating in letting us stop off to see my grandparents! Nothing was too much to ask! You can tell there's a wealth of knowledge and understanding at MET cars. Even colour matching of the ribbons! The drivers were superb, with the friendly chatting and banter I wasn't in the slightest bit nervous when we arrived at the venue. It was amazing to start of the day in such a positive and fun environment...couldn't recommend you guys highly enough! Thank you Karin (Mrs Nelson)

Huge thank you to the staff at MET for our beautiful wedding cars on 25.03.23. Both drivers were so friendly and very knowledgable regarding my cars history.the 1952 Bentley R Type. Requested burgundy ribbon .. car turned up in pink ribbon. Contrasted very odd against the theme .. photos look rather awkward all of us in burgundy and ivory against pink ribbon of car . None of the pictures with the ribbon are even worth showing or using in the album as appears rather cheap despite spending 450! In hindsight , should have asked the lovely driver Greg who was ever so courteous and polite to remove it but during the stress of it all its the last thing you are thinking till the photos arrive overall extremely disappointed. Unfortunately not getting an option to upload the picture of the car with the pink ribbon ( as being disputed upon my review by the company representative ) I have reduced the rating to one star as I find the response very rude and so conceited . As I explained you should have the option of uploading the pictures of the car and if you are suggesting the entire wedding party was colour blind this seriously goes to show how inconsiderate your approach is once the payment is made . Nothing was offered in return as part refund as I stated the photos cannot be used so from very poor customer management and handling skills . Message to MET car company; PS PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO ANY OF YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS ITS A VERY SPECIAL DAY AND IT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FEEL VERY DISAPPOINTED Message for potential customers looking to use them FOR THOSE WHO WILL CHOOSE TO USE THEM IF THE RIBBON IS DIFFERENT TO THAT STATED AND THEN CLEARLY NOT ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY.PLEASE PLEASE REMOVE IT OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE LEFT IN SIMILAR SITUATION AS MYSELF !
