Unfortunately not getting an option to upload the picture of the car with the pink ribbon ( as being disputed upon my review by the company representative )
I have reduced the rating to one star as I find the response very rude and so conceited . As I explained you should have the option of uploading the pictures of the car and if you are suggesting the entire wedding party was colour blind this seriously goes to show how inconsiderate your approach is once the payment is made .
Nothing was offered in return as part refund as I stated the photos cannot be used so from very poor customer management and handling skills .
Message to MET car company;
PS PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS TO ANY OF YOUR FUTURE CUSTOMERS ITS A VERY SPECIAL DAY AND IT MAKES THE CUSTOMER FEEL VERY DISAPPOINTED
Message for potential customers looking to use them
FOR THOSE WHO WILL CHOOSE TO USE THEM IF THE RIBBON IS DIFFERENT TO THAT STATED AND THEN CLEARLY NOT ACCEPTED BY THE COMPANY.PLEASE PLEASE REMOVE IT OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE LEFT IN SIMILAR SITUATION AS MYSELF !
