        I have a very old swan neck light which, for many years, has been missing the glass. I got in touch with Coughtrie hoping that they may still hold some old stock. I was informed by Duncan, the Technical Sales Co-ordinator, that they had just started to produce these again. Supplied with example pictures, I ordered and it was delivered within a couple of days - brilliant. Thanks for all your help and swift communication Duncan, and for the excellent service you have given.
