Lexus Glasgow

Excellent and professional service received. Got my GS sometime back, leaving review now as had a minor issue which was resolved promptly after sales. William (sales manager) took great care of the sales experience. I'm really and truly impressed. Would highly recommend anyone looking to get a Luxes from here. Ps: Driving the GS from Glasgow to London was a great experience too!

You might pay a little more but the quality of the work, the advice, customer service and the use of a quality courtesy car is well worth it

Where do I start, i have never owned a Lexus until now, they're absolutely great cars on par with German rivals but alot more reliable. But the problem is not the brand it's this dealership, rude, unfriendly and just the don't care attitude. I walked in the other day receptionist didn't even attempt to acknowledge me, walked over to the service desk and same response the gentleman behind desk looked miserable for some reason?? All I can say is If that's the way you woke up you, you might has well have stayed in your bed!! My car was in for warranty work so I had booked a wait appointment I sat down waited for over an hour at no point did anyone ask me if I would like a tea, coffee etc. And some people would say that that's not their job, and I would reply that this is supposedly a prestige brand they should go above and beyond to keep their customers happy that was the whole basis of the founder of Lexus. On flipside I own several other prestige cars so have first hand experience of the way Bmw, mercedes and Audi treat their customers and I'll tell it's in a different league. To sum up I love the cars but if you're in Central Scotland you're stuck with this sub par dealership, i can even rate Arnold Clark higher than this place. Anyway next time I'll ask them to collect the vehicle because I really don't want to see their sorry sad mugs agains.
