After an accident at work I contacted various companies to handle my personal injury claim, Dave Berry of Jackson Boyd was the only lawyer that personally phoned me back instead of getting pushy sales advisors. This hands on approach was what I was looking for and I was not disappointed, Dave handled my case with great professionalism. Having never gone through this process before I was grateful for the constant updates and explanation of the process that Dave provided. Fantastic to deal with friendly, polite, helpful staff. Always ready to answer questions and respond very quickly. Takes time to talk you through the different steps/process in a way you can understand. Would definitely use again if I need help. Alan was fantastic and very supportive through the whole process of our claim.
