The team are absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend using MacRae and Kaur Solicitors enough. From start to finish, Jus and Jatinder made the process smooth, easy and stress free! An amazing, friendly and approachable team works here and thanks to them we now have our dream forever home!! We looked for many months and sadly had to pause on searching due to personal circumstances. Not once did the firm put any pressure on us to continue searching or keep them updated, they simply allowed us the time we needed and picked straight back up with us once we were ready to look again. Which meant alot to my partner and I. Communication is also excellent. Emails are answered almost always within a day, and if not we went no more than two days without an answer (on that occasion I emailed in later in the day near closing time) and the phone is always answered if you have to call. As first time buyers, we went into the process very overwhelmed and unsure of what exactly we had to do, but we were kept right with MacRae and Kaur and were surprised by just how easy it all was. The sale was fast and efficient. If ever we were to move again, we will be returning clients for sure.
