I spoke to 3 different people in their office.They all gave me different information.Even their so called customer services gave me even more different information.I asked for basic stuff like how much i owed on Council tax.I was told it was all paid.The DD still came out and apparently we still owe over 2000 from 2016 onwards! Weve been paying for years and thought it was done.
Absolute bandits.They have no idea what they're doing and how it affects peoples lives.And they need to get some training on how to speak to people on the phone,condescending isnt the word.
Shambles of a company.
Cant be trusted.
