        We need information regarding a trust this company has set up urgently, and after chasing this up a week after they received confirmation and receipt of our request, I was unfortunately greeted by the most obnoxious and rude "assistant" who went out of her way to be as unhelpful as possible.

        I suggest you use another legal firm, to many bad experiences with this crowd. I was never informed by them they had a conflict of interest while they acted for me and another party.
