This was the first time I have ever had to go through a sale and purchase at the same time and found M&M to be excellent, provided all essential information and talked me through the more complicated aspects of this process , the staff were very friendly and nothing was too much bother even when I asked the simple question, I would highly recommend this firm and will most certainly use them again if I find myself going through this process again

So far horrendous on speed and accuracy of dealing with this solicitor. Ive over 20+ rental properties and never experienced such a slow company to deal with. Cant get an answer. Constant online portals. Staff on the reception can be replaced with AI and save money with more efficiency. Specifically will not use again. May work well for regular home purchases but terrible company to use for landlords.

I have received a first class service, ask a lot of questions to cover security which I think was great. Great response to my emails and completed my application within my time scale. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
