One of the horrible experiences!! - Very unprofessional( there are no way to contact them, they won't answer to phone calls, they won't answer to emails, they claim they doesn't even read my previous emails) - No clue how to communicate with them or get updates. - Even they claim the mailed documents have missed in their office. I had a very straight forward re-mortgage, they have sit on the process for more than 2 months without any action. Because of these guys delay I have lost almost 1000 in a month, and when I have raised this with them, there is no response from them either. If you have lot of time and money to waste you can utilise their service.

Got a letter from them - no telephone number on it! Found the telephone number online - message says refer to your case handlers number on the letter - THERE IS NO CASE HANDLER'S NUMBER ON IT! Message says to email them and they will get back within "48 business hours"?! [at 8 hours / day that's one whole week!] Meanwhile I have a 14 (calendar) days threat of legal action from them! REDICULOUS!

If I could give this review lower than 1, I would . I have been given the runaround by this company. Am now thinking that I am dealing with a real shady firm.

Utter useless company, do not get back to you and are impossible to get on the phone. Complaint being raised due to the poor service
