The arrangements for the initial meeting seemed professionally managed and communicated well. I thought that the lawyer I was assigned to, Mr Cruikshank, seemed to take time to understand the situation and gave clear guidance on what the next steps would be. I was advised I would hear from them in due course. After three weeks of silence, I called to ask what was happening. I was told I would get a call back, I called again a couple of days later, again I was told I would get a call back. I then sent an email asking for clarity as to when the action would be taken or what the delay was. I received no response. The following week, I called back. Told I would get an update. None was forthcoming. I decided at that point to relieve them from representing me. This simple request seemed to much to respond to promptly, I can only wonder what would happen had I chosen to continue to let them represent me once the action is in process. I can only assume they have too many clients and do not have the resources to manage them effectively.
