Done the impossible saving my license. Charged with dangerous driving at 130mph on the M90 in Perth, crown persuaded to reduce to careless driving at 110mph was only imposed 6 penalty points and 1,000 fine. Eternally grateful!

Having recently had Richard Freeman & Co represent me in a road traffic incident, I have nothing but good things to say about their expertise and results. While finding myself in this position for the first time I wasnt entirely sure how to go about finding appropriate representation but following on from a search online and reading the reviews I made contact. For something which, had I been handed the maximum penalty (a driving ban or a serious points and financial penalty), would have had serious consequences both personal and professionally, I was handed a 3 point penalty and a 450 fine. Nothing short of incredible when I consider how badly this could have ended up. I therefore find myself putting my name next to the many positive reviews for Richard Freeman & Co and, while it was an enjoyable outcome in the grand scheme of things, it wasnt enjoyable enough to wish to deal with the team ever again! Thank you to everyone involved and I am delighted to have made the choice I did in my representation.

AMAZING RESULT! My dad reached out to Mr Freeman for help after reading other peoples reviews when he got a court letter sent to his door. He had points and was banned previously so he literarily thought there was no hope for him. I helped him a lot with the communication between him and Mr Freeman as we are originally from abroad. Mr Freeman always made himself available whenever we needed to speak to him - OUT OF WORK hours may I add. He explained the process thoroughly. My dad at first wasn't overly confident however the RTE team delivered a great result and my dad kept his licence as the judge felt there was no case. We would like to thank Mr Richard Freeman who was there whenever we needed to get in contact and to Mr Mackay who was representing my dad. Couldn't be happier. My dad works as a digger driver so keeping his licence was essential in keeping his job. We will definitely recommend everyone we know who is in the same position to the RTE team.
