Avoid this clinic! I had 13 sessions of laser hair removal, with awful results. They didn't increased the laser intensity as they want you to buy many sessions. i had full body, every 6 weeks, from January 2022 last year until April 2023. I lost a lot of time (obviously & money). The staff are nice, but probably they have been instructed only for minimal results, just to make sure the people will keep buying sessions. That is a shame for this clinic. I asked for the laser settings history, since November, i been ignored by relevant department until i started to be really angry and rude. I didn't had the highest intensity. I checked it, and there was low and very low! That's why instead to be better started to be even worse. Also i received the settings history only for 10 sessions (probably was too much shame to send me for all). So, for all people reading this: Please pay more attention to real reviews!!! Because most of the 5 star are right after session, and because the staff are nice- the rating is hight. Even i rated 5 stars many times before. Until i realized that they are considering me as stupid person who will continue to do laser with them even if i can't see any improvements. But fortunately in Glasgow are many places where you can have a quality treatment. Good bye, scam clinic!
