I have completed on line sessions with Suzy relating to improving my health. It has been quite transformative and I can recommend everyone should try Eden energy medicine with Suzy. Specifically an objective measure is my resting heart rate was too high at 101 beats per minute and after session it was 73 BPM so this is a clear reflection of success. Did not know what I was going to find in this class and it exceeded my expectation, felt very welcoming, the teacher has been super attentive and responded to individual needs of each participant. I was very tense and apprehensive before the class and came out relaxed and this helped me to have a wonderful sleep, lots to learn at a really nice pace. My internet left me down at the very end, last 5 minutes but Suzanne helped by posting me via mail the recording of the end of the class and also a pdf about what we have learned! Thank you!
