Doppio Malto

Took my work mates here as it's been reliable previously and they didn't disappoint. Lasagne was beautiful and the chicken was the best my friend had ever had. Birramisu is my new fav. Will be back Doppio Malto

Underwhelmed by the experience. With the restaurant being so large it deviates from an authentic Italian restaurant experience. Liked our server Veronica but food was bog standard. Good cocktail and also enjoyed the popcorn. Felt food was under par, even the chips were cold and far too much salt on them. Never been a fan of service charge being on bill either so felt miserable leaving no tip. Range of craft beers available but 5.50 for 2/3 of a pint is too expensive. Good location at George Square but wouldn't rush back.

Would have got 5 stars but waited a while for our food. That said, when they realised the issue they resolved very quickly and the food was well worth waiting for! To compensate for their error as well they gave us 20% off bill, will definitely be back.
