Vegetarian options: Very limited to vegan options. Their vegetarian/vegan menu clearly stated those dishes labeled as V can be made vegan and those labeled VG cannot. When I placed my order I was told that they would just remove products instead of substituting them, shich was dissapointing and quite shocking in 2023 since not only it's fairly easy to make a vegan pesto, but you can buy it in a shop, or use vegan cheese/cream etc for the pasta option. The bruschetta was no problem as it was vegan already and it tasted delicious, the artichoke with pine nuts, they removed the pesto alltogether but still tasted okay. I was simply told the vegetarian Rosso pasta would need to be just pasta and tomato sauce?! ... nevermind the waitress suggested I have the spaghetti albruzzo, I asked specifically that I do not like very spicy food so please put very little, it still arrived very very spicy and at the same time very tasteless and had to use lots of salt as no vegan parmesan cheese, but I did not want to be a pain and complain further. I was concerned that even if I complained and wanted to switch to something else there was not proper vegan pasta option or pizza option with substitutes as apparently I would have to only have tomato sauce.... please disclose in your online menu more clearly there are no substitutes and making a vegan dish is simply removing products. I was so very excited to try this place as it seemed to have a vegetarian/vegan menu online and the rest of my family could have ate whatever they wanted without being forced to eat in a fully vegetarian/vegan place. Don't think I will visit again or recommed to vegans until they decide to come to modern 2023 with vegan substitutes and have a more updated menu with more vegan options.
