Used to be a great place with good customer service but since Rathbones took over Spiers and Jeffrey they are only after the higher end investor and don't give a DAMM for the smaller investor or the overseas investors like myself who moved to Canada, Rathbones dropped me like a ton of bricks when they took over as I was no longer a resident of the UK even although I had a substantial portfolio with them. And now they are even canceling my son's and grandson's accounts due to them not having enough money invested. My father had a portfolio with them for years and he got me set up with them as I got my son set up with them and this is how they treat people. Look after the rich and forget about the middle of the road rich clients or poor clients.
