We chose Zo to fully renovate our vacant flat in Glasgow following an initial Zoom consultation. It was clear from the outset that Zo fully understood our requirements to transform a shabby and neglected space into something fresh, bright and welcoming but on a budget! and had previous experience of managing a similar project entirely remotely as the pandemic meant we were unable to travel and choose any materials or furnishings in person. Zo was very competent and always had quick solutions to the various plumbing/electrical problems that inevitably arose and was also very practical in terms of advising how to keep costs down. She remained on hand after the project was completed for small tweaks and we were able to trust her opinion on everything. Essentially, we just found it very easy to work and communicate with her during challenging circumstances and we are delighted with the final result. Service: Refurbishment

Zoe was recommended to me after my usual soft furnisher I've used for several years and homes, retired. She was friendly and helpful enough on her initial visit, providing a few alternatives to aid my design request. Had to chase for my quote after she took away my fabric, which I thought was a tad expensive and there was no breakdown of costs. Again had to chase for a fitting date with several excuses being given, one of which was, she had no sewing machine available! She eventually confirmed a date, only to turn up without the pelmet which was to be fitted by someone else at a later date. Was happy with the final products so decided to use her services a few months later on another project. Had the same run around on trying to contact her and tie down a date. Received a reply a month or so later by which time I had found a more competent company.

Zoe was great throughout the project ! Always discussed ideas and keeping me up-to-date with the budget . Zoe always tried hard to find solutions to any of my questions . Would heartedly recommend !
