We are delighted with our beautiful streamlined kitchen with fabulous appliances and our repurposed living space. Licia and her team have been wonderful in creating a kitchen that looks gorgeous, is entirely designed around us and everything we asked for. As well as listening, guiding and discussing everything in the planning stages, Licia kept us well informed about the stages of installation and organised carefully chosen tradesmen, took responsibility and was available to troubleshoot when needed. She remained very involved and patient about the job throughout, and with the support of her great team she ensured everything was completed properly and beautifully. It's a lovely kitchen to use just for us or with friends/family and easy to tidy up when it's time to close the lovely Poggenpohl doors. Services: Remodeling, Kitchen design

I approached Bauen Design as i wanted a first class kitchen and design team. I was introduced to Shaun Dunbar who listened carefully to what i was looking for. I wasn't keen on a kitchen island but Shaun asked if he could show me what it would look like on a visual presentation. I was blown away. This was a huge project for me all the electrical work ,heating flooring and decorating was handled by Bauen Design and Shaun kept me very well informed at all stages. I am thrilled by the results and can't believe what Shaun has done to make a dream kitchen for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Bauen Design ,Licia and the girls who made me so welcome. We are super delighted with our new Poggenphol kitchen - designed supplied and fitted by Shaun Dunbar and team at Bauen Design. Shaun recognised that our kitchen should be integral to the new open plan layout and garden. In designing, Bauen considered our whole homes proportions; Shaun also noted key furniture pieces, and helped us when specifying floor finishes and decoration. As a result, our new kitchen kitchen flows seamlessly through the living space; it complements the garden views and enhances the character of this rather quirky house. Bauen liaised well with our architect and refurb contractor, arranged several on-site meetings and updated us all during the process as well as instructing and managing an excellent sub-contractor for fitting out. The overall finish is delightfully simple yet sophisticated, striking yet harmonising, sleek, modern and supremely functional yet calm, warm and inviting - We thank Bauen Design and have no hesitation in recommending. Bauen designed and installed a new kitchen for me. I am delighted with the result. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a new kitchen. Licia and her team are professional, talented and frankly a joy to work with. My project was managed by Licia, but Hollie and Hazel were also actively involved throughout. They are a talented bunch. Their collective design input was impressive and no detail was too small for their attention. They kept in touch with me regularly and were always quick to respond to any queries I had. Licia even visited showrooms with me when I was selecting tiles to give me a (very tasteful) second opinion. It was clear from the outset of the project that customer care is important to Bauen and that the team were keen for my new Poggenpohl kitchen not only to look great but to work for my family on a practical level. I was impressed with the team of tradespeople Bauen arranged to remove my old kitchen and install the new one. The tilers, plumber, plasterers, joiners, painters, electrician and upholsterer all worked to a high standard but they also worked collaboratively, delivered on schedule and individually were a pleasure to have in the house.
