I tried calling waited for 25 mins no answer. I could not find your contact e mail . I wrote letter to explain! ALL I WANT IS TO CHANGE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SO THAT POLICY SIMPLY ENDS AT END DATE

HIDDEN CHARGES!!! Every time I needed to make a change I got charged, it was costing 60 to add a temp driver for a couple of days every time I did it! So I cancelled the policy and have just had to fork out 145 for the honour of leaving!!! The low quote is not the reality of what you end up paying at all!! (My new insurer has just charged me 3 to add a temp driver!!!!)

Absolutely shocking service from this company - they boarder on complete scam! AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Read reviews...There's a reason they are the cheapest! Pay an extra 15 a month and go with a reputable company... There's plenty others to choose from

I pay around 750 a year annually to Sheila's Wheels, unfortunately I was involved in an accident, Sheila's Wheels did not provide me with a replacement car from the Rental company listed in my insurance contract, therefore they were in breach of policy, also , I am still waiting for my car to be repaired 11 weeks later. By law they have 4 weeks to get my card repaired!! Again, this is out of line of their contracted policy agreement; down right criminal. Me and the kids have been left without a car for 11 weeks so I have to walk them to the bus stop every morning.
