Awful insurance company. Avoid.

Absolutly disgraceful company .I have been trying for three days to talk to a human being .I dont think they have any .If i phone i get a recorded message telling which button to press.After going through the list and pressing the right button i get cut off .I try online on my account and i am put in a qeue starting at 31 .It goes down to 1 an about 20 mins .I then get a message that they are busy and get put back to the top of the list 31 yet again .If they want any buisiness at al,l they need to get their act together PRONTO .
