        Many thanks to Christine Purvis at Oakleafe. My insurers were refusing to repair after water damage at home. From first contact Christine was available online, phone, and came to meet me in person. Explained the process clearly, explained any costs clearly, and helped me to feel like I was getting somewhere. I am now waiting for claims company to repair my house after hard work from Christine and the team at Oakleafe. Thanks for all your support and hard work in this emotionally difficult and testing time. Claire
