Installation of air source heat pump system, solar panels and loft insulation in a grade B listed property. They handled all the details, grants and permissions. The only job we had to do was clear our loft. Excellent service with minimum disruption. The tradesmen arrived promptly and worked through the day. They left the house clean and tidy, they helped move furniture, and went the extra mile to ensure we were happy. The work was neatly completed and the site left clear. The team from Eco Save were friendly and professional the quality of work was excellent. The team were considerate to my tenants needs keeping dust, noise and disruption to a minimum. My tenant suffers from stage 4 cancer. The quality of work reflected the price which was competitive compared to other companies the reason I signed the contract with Eco Save was due to them detailing the work with realistic timeline. Mario who managed the work kept me informed each step of the roof replacement and ensured work was on schedule and on budget. I have no hesitation in recommending Eco Save to others. We recently had Ecosave at our property to carry out internal wall insulation and install air source heat pump system. Unfortunately the workmen put a nail through a pipe while putting floorboards down. I immediately phoned Ecosave and several weeks later they still have not came back to correct their mistake despite several requests to do so. As a result we had to source and pay for our own plumber to correct this company's mistakes! We also had electrical work carried out and have been left with light switches not working properly, a fan installed in bathroom that is venting into our loft space instead of outside!! Daily condensation is venting into our loft potentially causing damage to our loft over time! We are also waiting on a radiator to be hung and pipe work completed in hall but the company have decided we did not want the radiator!!! We have received a completion certificate but some of the work has not been completed to a safe standard! I have tried my best to work with this company and sent several polite emails, made several polite phone calls but either they don't return my calls or emails or I eventually get dates of when workers will come but nobody ever turns up and this has happened on numerous occasions! I feel I'm left with no choice but to now raise serious concerns with the appropriate bodies about this company. Claire McKinley
