        Placed the order at 5, advised delivery would be around 5.55 called at 6.10 to ask for update advised it had left the shop 5 mins previous now 7pm and no delivery and can not contact shop as line is busy constantly. I tried to cancel with uber eats but as order is stated in progress I can't cancel.
