Normally amazing but the last few times Ive gotten the fruit tea its totally tasteless. Edit 17/04/23: still tasteless

Vegetarian options: Im pretty sure all are vegetarian. Some have dairy in, and the basic ones are all gluten and dairy free Kid-friendliness: Staff are very friendly. Horrible. i got a lychee bubble tea and asked specifically if i can have regular bubbles instead of the popping ones that it usually comes with. my order comes with popping bubbles (plus ice even though I specifically asked for no ice). That was all fine to that point as i though I would just ask them to make another one for me but was faced with rudeness and was to told to order/ pay for another one. I was of course denied that and was stuck with a wrong order I didn't even like even though it was not my fault. When my friend made a last attempt to get another drink they were instantly interrupted and attacked by the employee. eventually we got another drink but there was not honeycomb in it (which was part of the order) and the boba was very minimal to non-existent. It would be good when a customer tries to kindly communicate a mistake that was made and even tips 25% on top, to be treated with the corresponding kindness. hi tea just lost a loyal customer
