Coco and Co Hypnobirthing

Cannot recommend Caitlin enough. Being only a few weeks away from having our first baby we now feel more comfortable and confident going into the birth. Caitlin has put us more at ease and helped us feel more prepared. Im not one for medication so now looking forward to breathing my way through it all and meeting our little one

We recently had our crash hypnobirthing course with Caitlin and I can honestly say it was the best decision we have made. She made us feel so comfortable and relaxed, the coco and co hypnobirthing box delivered prior was so personal. Following the course I can honestly say I feel confident and ready to bring my baby in to the world following the techniques we have learned. My birthing partner also feels prepared whereas before he was unsure as to what his role would look like during labour. Would recommend to anyone, thanks so much Caitlin!

Caitlin was honestly a breath of fresh air coming in for me and my partner. Both of us have been really nervous about birth / labour and werent really sure who to ask questions of. Instantly Caitlin put us at ease and made it clear no question was stupid.

Caitlin delivered the course at our home - it was fantastic having that one on one time with her in our own environment. The course breaks down labour and reinforces throughout how labour can be a positive experience. I feel far more prepared and empowered now to tackle what lies in front of me. Thanks Caitlin.
