I can safely say that this association needs to be legally inspected to the way it works with underhand tactics and always in denial of its wrongdoings and horrendous treatment towards SOME tenants,a website for tenants to use their voice's together to put their complaints in public instead of the association hiding the damage they may have caused some tenants would be good,it would help any mistreated tenant to prove their mistreatment and any damage caused to any tenants property or their lives due to the associations conduct,I had tried to arrange to talk with Tony Teasdale since he started back a few years ago even writing to him twice to try talk over some of the associations staff's lies and conduct they had used to cover their illegal management over repairs etc and also hiding certificates of repair dates,my own housing officer Tracy had ditched my complaint after telling her on 3 occasions not to under any circumstances,their staff members have held me back from telling the truth to the Chief Housing officer and the impact on my family and my health have been serious and yet they claim my letters were not recieved and still holding me back from speaking with Mr Teasdale,I think this shows enough proof of their illegal dealings with tenants with genuine complaints

Absolute silence anytime i ask to speak with management . State of disrepair new property is in has put move back a week and not one person calling me to explain anything. I have to chase up constantly. The most incompetent , disrespectful and ignorant "Management " .

What a total waste of time going through this joke of a housing association's Complaints procedure. Been to the office 4 times and written stage one and two of there complaints procedure. I have also sent a letter to the CEO Tony Teasdale and still nothing. If the top man isn't interested what message does that send to the rest of the staff. The one star is for the reception staff who are very helpful.

Two weeks to get an answer to why my flat was flooded from above still don't have a proper answer. And I have been told to claim my insurance. They will need details I can not get the answer to .passed from pillar to post again .(not the first time )AND lied to more than once .as an owner pay factoring fees and management fees .I feel the need to put in a freedom of information requests in righting and wait my 21 days for a truthfull answer .Not the way to run a business still have had no one come out to assess the damage and now on my third week .I would like a meeting with the housing manager to resolve these problems .couldn't even pay my factoring bill as no one answered the phones all numbers. And thier machine for payment down .shambolic is the word I would use. And I work for a different housing arganisation so no fro sure what is expected
