Dreadful. Poor quality of housing. Poor quality of customer service. Have been dealing with noise issues for a year and a half with a riotous couple upstairs, can hear every pin drop - never experienced anything like it. Unable to go anywhere else so basically held ransom by rent for a roof over my head. Apply elsewhere, if less people use their services maybe they might consider some improvement.
