        The height of racism. I have lived with them for 5 years. I, my wife, my four daughters, and my wife is pregnant. This means that we will be 7 people in two bedrooms. Whenever I go to them, they tell me that you have the right to move to another house, but we do not have houses. They are liars. The house is damp, uninhabitable, has insects, and is very cold. There is no hot water

        Absolutely disgraceful service. Knew we were waiting on a housing benefit review - advisor NEVER calls back when appointments are made. Letters that are allegedly sent out in October arrive November with a mail franking from two days previous. Lodged papers at the sheriff court to have us evicted when a simple phone call could have cleared up this problem but alas they aren't interested. Most unprofessional housing officer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. AVOID.
