I don't like leaving one star reviews however, things have become unmanageable and the proverbial has been taken. This housing association started off being great with me (Disabled adult) HOWEVER, many things have changed, and that's no longer true. When a disabled person is moved from her place of residence in a situation where she has put faith in others she expects that faith to be justified. She also expects that when her caregivers (either paid or family) ask questions by email or by phone, she expects that those questions will be answered in a timely manner, even if the answer is "Sorry I don't know but I can try to find out" She does NOT expect to be treated like a subhuman non-entity because she cannot speak up for herself. She expects phone calls to be at the very least, returned out of basic common courtesy. She absolutely doesn't expect to be left in the dark about a situation where she should be something of a priority. Communication skills are abysmal at best. Management skills are... a joke. While staff have generally been polite, their lack of ability to WISE UP and use their GUMPTION to get things done is ridiculous.
