        Helpful and friendly staff, Clear advice and information about loca

        No one answers the phone anymore at GHA, not even the snail paced receptionist. Every staff number you phone directs you to an answerphone on staff members mobile phones, which is simply useless especially in important matters. Why become a housing officer if you go out of your way to avoid dealing with people ?

        The worst housing association. they left me without heating and hot water for 10 days with two small children. They just collect money for rent, but when something breaks, they don't care. I do not recommend apartments from Govanhil association . Their workers are arrogant, and lazy..
