Booked for an end of tenancy clean. Took a long time to get through in the phone when I tried to call, the same guy always picked up and was cagey with details.
20 minutes before they were supposed to get here I rang and he said they'd been told they weren't coming because of an 'NHS directive'. It was obviously a lie so I hung up. We were leaving the next day so struggled to find a cleaner in that amount of time. We never paid anything so I don't know why they lied the whole time but it put us in a very difficult situation. Do NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.
