Due to very serious health problem encountered by my business partner, I was unable to find time to utilise a 200 voucher that was presented to me from valued friends for my 60th birthday last year. I approached customer services, initially by phone and then by e-mail last week explaining my concerns however, was extremely disappointed that they made no effort whatsoever to recognise my issue. As a minimum response I believe that they could have mad some offer o mitigate the situation I have since responded awaiting a reply. Should their response remain the same I would make the following recommendation: a) Do not consider using this company, I will be advising my network of colleagues, friends, associates etc b)Do not consider giving valued friends relations any type of gift voucher that has a time limit I find it incomprehensible that companies (although legal at this time)are allowed to operate in this manner and consider it as a form of exploitation and racketeering, something that I considered a thing of the past. I will be raising the matter with my local MP should I not get satisfaction on this matter and will also look to escalate on a number of social media platforms Finally I would reiterate my recommendation not to consider using this company
