Ross Hall Clinic Braehead

I thought the care I got from Dr Rahman and all members of staff was exceptional. I think he has an amazing team. No, I dont think there was anything you could have done better. The care I received was amazing.

My wife waited over an hour for an appointment after arriving on time. If the explanation is to be believed, half the patients go to the hospital by mistake, putting pressure on appointments due to them then having to get to the clinic. Alternatively, book double the patients & halve the appointment time = . I saw many people arrive at different times, none of whom were rushed or panicked after mistakenly going to the hospital. Little did she know that would be the least of the problems experienced throughout a very traumatic journey under the care of Ross Hall

I had a Urodynamic test at Ross Hall Clinic at Braehead on 18th April 2023. The Clinic is the best, 5 stars aren't enough in my opinion. The 2 nurses who ran the tests were amazing. As it is such an invasive test (that some women may be slightly embaressed about having) treated me with such kindness, dignity, and respect... 2 very lovely ladies, who's humour, kindness, knowledge, and professionalism were exceptional. The reports I got were in massive depth and the diagnosis gave me the answers I needed. Previous tests I had undertaken in the NHS amounted to just a 5 minute ultrasound, whereas Ross Hall had a computer diagnosis which lenghily graphed the bladder functions, as well as ultrasound which was quite incredible and extremely advanced. The staff at reception too were so kind and helpful. I would so fully recommend this 1st class Clinic. I also got the report before I left, no waiting for weeks. Thanking you so much to the 2 brilliant nurses who saw me, I have unfortunately forgotten your names. Ross Hall Clinic is outstanding and I would well recommend.
