If you would like a honest and fair review of this company I would suggest joining the "Dawn Homes - Annick Gardens" facebook group where all the local residents are discussing a lot of ongoing problems along with an extreme lack of customer service from Dawn Homes. These reviews were enough to put me off buying here. Forget all the fancy sales pitch. Annick Gardens is there biggest estate of recent times. Service: Home building
