Recently moved into a new house built by this company and there incompetent plumbers and inspectors havent fitted the bath properly but passed it anyway and I've gradually been flooding my new build flat for 7 weeks had to rip up flooring that has just been laid ! Certainly wouldn't buy a house from this lot lucky it was a housing association I got and as of yet still havent heard back from them about fixing it and it has been 2 days. Terrible service

After moving into our house 10 weeks late ( many years ago ) . It took one year to complete snagging to a level that they thought was ok ?? . After 7 years water was coming into our lounge . It took another year to repair . With lots of promises not carried out by Alec . Now over 2 years later cement if falling out of the works carried out . Never answered any calls but they wrote me a cheeky , sneaky letter saying the house is now out of warranty . Avoid this cowboy company ( Laurel Homes at the time ) like the plague !!!
