        AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! My elderly parents fell victim to this lot. They had new windows installed just before Christmas one of which had the wrong mechanism inside it so could be opened from the outside! On discovering this, my Dad tried endlessly to get in touch with the company but to no avail. He even went to the business premises only to be told by someone from another business in the building that they are not in the building anymore! They have now had a proper tradesman come in and fix the problem with the window and he is that angry that my parents were left like this hes coming back to make sure none of the rest of the windows are faulty, free of charge. Stay away from RRS improvements bunch of charlatans.
