Great company and a cracking team to carry out the work

They came to repair the floor under my bathtub. I told them I had a cat and to please make sure they shut the door any time they werent in the bathroom (I couldnt get her to move to the room with the litter box so I could lock her in). They promised to do this. After they left I couldnt find her and called them to make sure they hadnt let her out or somehow sealed her in under the tub. They swore they were very careful and double checked. 4:30 am she finally started howling to let me know she was sealed in under the bathtub. I ripped the front panel off to get her out and informed the property manager that had hired them. This company did not apologize or call to check on the cat. They didnt come to put the panel back on for over a week and didnt let me know they were coming until that day. And on top of all of that, they marked the walls of my hallway and door of the bathroom up through carelessness. They bathtub looks fine and the problem is fixed, but I will never let them in my home again. I would recommend finding a company that is more careful in their work and cares about their customers. We had a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment carried out by Pat Murray's team. Usually dealing with contractors is pretty stressful, but we were very pleased we decided to hire Pat Murray to do both jobs, as Pat tried to make it stress-free. Even if something had to be rectified, we never had to discuss it, Pat simply sent back his team to do this and the end result was great. The company used to be his father's and he wants to make sure that the legacy is passed on with a great customer service as he really genuinely cares about his clients. His team was also very easy to work with and Pat clearly makes sure that their attitude is positive and pleasant towards the clients. He even did an extra job for us, helping with one wall that was outside kitchen and bathroom jobs we hired him to do. Pat is a very lovely person to work with and we will definitely use his team in the future and already recommended him to our friends.
